Batch 66: Freezer Burn Sky Pee Ale

I hadn't done a really hoppy beer in a while, and had a large stash of hops languishing in my freezer from my brewing hiatus. The then-recent issue of Zymurgy had an article on late-hopping, or moving most of the hop bill to the last 15-30 minutes of boil for more flavor.

It was a perfect storm -- double IPA! I did go a bit overboard on the hops though. Yes, that is over a pound and a half in this 5 gallon batch :-)
