- 4.5# Crisp Maris-Otter

- 1 oz Northern Brewer (8.2% AA) @50 min
Yeast

Mash
Single infusion, 90 minutes at 154F
Vitals
- OG: 1.034
- FG: 1.010
- Calculated IBUs:
- Carbonation: Forced CO2, low.
Timeline
Brew day: April 9, 2006
- 9:00 am: Heat water
- 11:30 am: Mash in at 154F (1.75g water @170F)
- ~1:00 pm: Add 5.5 gallons sparge water.
- 1;15 pm: Start runoff.
- 2:00 pm: Add hops
- 2:49 pm: Flame-out and chill
- 3:00 pm: Done, wort at 56F
- 3:20 pm: Pitched yeast.
